'Yeah, We’re good.' Well, someone thought much of themselves... 'We have good music none of the hip-hop crap.' Destiny smirked. That was probably the last thing she would expect from J.P. "Like, hardcore? Heavy metal?" She asked curiously, setting her pad on the bonnet of the car.

I tried so hard, And got so far
But in the end it doesn’t even matter

"People normally call us Punk Rock" He shrugged, “Some of our stuff is pretty heavy though” He added. “We just finished our first music video” He nodded, proud that his band was getting a fan base. He doubted this girl would like there music to much, but you couldn’t win them all. No one on his street liked his band, dew to there late night practice and not so ‘kid friendly’ song.

She asked, an obvious sign she was interested in hearing them.

They needed all the ‘fans’ they could get, since as an unsigned band where trying to get a record company to notice them. All they could do right now was play cheap gigs, Drive across the country in a cramped van and make cheapy music video’s on a friends computer. Not exactly the ‘rockstar’ life.

'We’re going to be playing downtown tomorrow night, if you wanted to come.' Destiny nodded. "Sure I'll check you guys out..." She resisted the urge to smile. Why? Her dad worked at a record company. If they were good enough, maybe she'd tell her dad about it. Maybe. Compared to when she first met this J.P. character, he didn't seem like the worst guy in the world, although his looks were chilling...
